Wall painting is a unique form of art. For those of us who narrate stories through images, the architectural structure of the space becomes a challenge. How can one make use of the space in such way as to highlight and harness its architectural arrangement for the benefit of the story?
It is indeed a challenge to narrate the story in such a way that the images do not fracture the architectural lines, but glide along themas a natural extension of the space.
Architecture and painted decoration must work in each other’s favor. They must enter into a quiet dialogue completing one another, so the final image breaths as a single harmonious whole.
